georgetv Posted April 16 Share Posted April 16 I run sonos arc and speakers as my tv audio. Yesterday all sets experienced loss of volume control from my Halo remotes. Audio was stuck on whatever level… Had to reboot all…. Then still some intermittent loss…. Now works. Was there an update? New driver? Anyone know? Thanks. georgetv Posted April 17 Author Share Posted April 17 Yes I rebooted tv and Sonos at its<location, not the C4 controller. I did reboot the Halo remote as well. I checked to be sure my Sonos were showing up as wired on my network not wireless, and they did. A mystery so far…. Has been stable a few days.
