I purchased Tisco's wol driver a few months ago and had been using it to wake up my media server when I selected xbmc. The driver worked perfectly until my local dealer upgraded me to 2.1xx. After the upgrade, the wol driver stopped functioning. Once I realized what was happening, a quick e-mail to Paul, who brought in Andreas, and the problem has been fixed. Paul has helped me with a lot of things with my system and has always been on top of things. I also use the Tisco driver that Paul installed and it has worked great!
