ekohn00
Hi All, I have one quickest lock that seems to no retract all the way. about 1/4 inch always sticks out unless i turn it manually.I'm not sure, it feels like something is broken as when i do a manual lock-unlock, it doesn't seem to have a smooth movement.Any ideas? Kahn
Is the bolt hanging when totally removed from door? I'd check the install first and make sure the bolt is free from any binding. Try removing it and see if it binds that way.
thecodeman
In the instructions, you may have to redo the procedure for the lock calibration. I dont remember the process off-hand but it's in the sheet that came with the lock.
ekohn00
OK, I'll search for the instructions online and see if I can recalibrate the lock.
avittech
Pull that battery pack, hold down the lock button, insert the battery pack. You should see the lock open and close then try it.

ekohn00
I went to the quickset web site and got some tips. Easy fix. I guess it's something that happens and all I had to do wash hit lock, ten open with a code. Thanks codeman.
