Sonance has the best tech support I’ve ever experienced, call them at 800-582-0772.  They pick up right away and both people I talked to were very knowledgeable about Control 4.  They will spend hours with you if needed, walking you through everything.
They even had me tweak how all my speakers were set up, and they sound way better.

It ended up being a driver issue, everything works great now.

Honestly, there is no reason to wait to upgrade unless you have incompatibility hardware (e.g. HC250) or incomparable drivers (e.g. security drivers on security proxy V1). OS3 seems to have many less bugs (well done C4) than most previous versions and, as MS said earlier, this is software... every version will have some bugs!

I'll upgrade you if you're ready AND if you're not still under warranty or a service agreement..  I would need to be in your system to run a compatibility check.

They’ve already rolled out one patch. I personally haven’t noticed any bugs since upgrading a couple of weeks ago and I’m loving the new UI 

There are 3 or 4 known issues...and most of them are very edge cases, most customers are fine with 3.0.  Also, like 3.0.1 is likely to come out before 3.1 waiting for 3.1 you will then make the argument wait for 3.1.1...well, no, now we should wait for 3.2....it's technology...it will have bugs

This is Brilliant!
I love the look and how they fit into your current boxes and have the screen with video room to room and alexa built in....and their prices are insanely cheap based on what it does.
Control4 should buy them or partner with them (or other way around)!!!
