    Dear msgreenf,

    I have successfully connected  WD My Cloud with C4. It is a single bay NAS, no RAID setup.

    Now I am trying to WD MyCloudEX2Ultra 2 bay NAS with RAID 1. But its getting attached error. Unable to connect to the network shares.

    Please advise...

      not sure you have posted on my profile but it is most likely that your computer needs SMBv1 re-enabled to bind the share in c4.

    i installed my genie 2 months ago, since then i have lost authentication twice and had to submit authentication both times,

    What I'm trying to say is the DNS servers can not be changed they are "greyed out". If that makes sense

    Do you have an updated driver for this?

     

    I have the FI9821W V2 driver of yours but I can not get the image to show up on my iOS or 10". It is showing as passed on the snapshot URL test as well as the H.264 URL test. Am I missing something?

      no, my driver works with that model for iOS.  It will not work with that screen.  Are you running the latest firmware?  Are you sure you have the right external/internal access configuration?

    Hi.  

    I've had a new problem crop up in the last few days with the Amazon Echo driver. It appears to lose its connection to my Control4 system. I get an error that the device could not be found, please check network and power conditions when I try to execute a command. If I go into ComposerHE and redo device discovery (tell Echo to search for devices, tell the driver to Resend Discovery, everything works for a bit. But, by the next time I go to use the Echo (say 12 hours), I've lost the connection again. I've repeated this behavior several times.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
