I have one question for you guys… My Android box Formuler Z10 promax is already integrated in my C4 system but I want to give it to my dad and buy the new Formuler Z11 promax and replace it in my C4 system. Do I have to enter the same IP address from my Z10 to my new Z11 and the AndroidTV Software from Chowmain will detect the new Z11 and it will work like before? Thank you! Giang

But if the C4 switch/dimer went offline then the other buttons shouldn't work either but the other buttons on the switch are still working fine...

Hi, All the other buttons work. The third button controls a few ceiling lights. I mean it doesn't work on the C4 app because I can't not open or close the same lights with the C4 app on y iPhone. Probably it won't work on the C4 keypad. My integrator/dealer said that he doesn't see the third button in the C4 system anymore....

Hello to all, My third button on my C4 light switch stopped working manually and also with the C4 app. The other buttons are working fine. Nothing has been changed in the electrical or C4 system. My integrator said the the third button is not connected to the C4 system asked me to reset the switch by pressing the upper right part & the left upper part of the switch but it's not coming back either. Is there a C4 guru that can help me out? Is the switch defected and need to be replaced? Here's a photo of my C4 switch... Thank you! Ian

Hi AVNeeds, The ISP speed that I pay for is around 400 mps. It's the same speed that I get wired. I have no idea what the C4 dealer did nut it didn't fix the problem. Thanks!

Hi to all, My wired speed is around 400 mps tested on speedtest. By the way, in my office, I put a D-LINK switch connected to an Apple Airport Extreme to create another Wifi Network for my outside living area. I don't know if it affects the Pakedge Network? My C4 dealer came to my house this summer to optimize my C4 to system and to fix the problem but it's still there. I'm a C4 newbie, can somebody show me what to do step by step? I have Composer HE but I have no idea how that works... Thanks! Ian

Hi to all, I have the Pakedge router and two access points installed in the basement and on the second level. Lately, I found that my wifi is very slow. With the speedtest, it'a around 15-20 mbps and with cable it's around 450 mps. Is there something wrong with Pakedge router and access points? Is there any wifi repeater or extender for Pakedge router/access points? Thank you! Ian

Hi, I can see the cameras of the DS on C4 but It's not working on my Echo show. According to Alexa, the DS cameras aren't responding. It used to work OK before. The monocle site and Alexa skill seem to function well I think. Any thought why it's not working anymore? Thanks! Ian

Hi to all, My Echo Spots are integrated in my C4 home system but there's a malfunction with the screen. Amazon suggests to replace for the Echo Shows. Will the Echo Shows be compatible with C4? Is there any integration to be done by the C4 technician for the new Echo Shows? Thank you! Ian
