  1. Hello, I've seen many Aprilaire discussions but nothing with the latest version of the 8920W thermostat. Is there a version of an existing driver or potentially developing driver that supports this thermostat? Thanks for the help.
  2. You should be able to. I wanted independent control of each zone.
  3. Yes, mine are inline because I didn't want extra physical switches on the patio. To your other point about low and high, it's one element on for low, two elements on for high.
  4. digitaltrader, Can you explain? How do you control the AC unit on ThinQ via IFTTT driver? I assume it won't show up as HVAC.
  5. I conducted some searches but didn't find anything with LG ThinQ integration. Is there such a thing or does anyone know if it is planned? I'm very interested in controlling a LG Mini-Split AC system, which is used for cooling the garage. The mini-split is using the LG Premium (PREMTA000) Thermostat and the main unit has the ability to add the LG wireless module for connection to ThinQ service. I know the Intesisbox could be an option but it would be better using the native interface. ThinQ also allows connection to other IOT products (laundry) so it would be good to have a consistent interface and you would pick up support for more devices. Any ideas on this one?
  6. I just did the same thing with our home. We installed 2 of the 6000W heaters. It has to be wired with 240v and each one of the elements needs it's own heavy duty switch. This is what I used. Aeotec Heavy Duty Smart Switch, Z-Wave Plus controller, 40 amps https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MBIRF5W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Again, you'll need one per element, or two per fixture (depending on the size you purchased). These are easily controlled by my Vera z-wave controller and then assigned as a relay to the Heater Driver in Control4. This way it doesn't look like a "light bulb" and gets put into the Comfort Menu.
  7. Did this driver ever come out? It looks like it should have, based upon this write-up on Sub-Zero's site, but I don't see any updated drivers. https://www.subzero-wolf.com/assistance/answers/control4-home-automation
