We just remodeled our home and the HVAC company installed two full Carrier Infinity HVAC system that require the use of their own crappy thermostats. We have 6 zones in total. I was finally able to contact homeation and tested their driver and it was awful. Usually didn't work. Worst part was that they just ignore phone calls and emails. It took 3 weeks just to get them to reply to 6 phone calls and over a dozen emails. Their driver just doesn't work - is slow at best if it works at all. I would sure appreciate any help with this. We so badly want to integrate C4 so we can control the air in our home from that system instead of the Carrier driver. Thanks!!

Hi - my dealer talked me into installing 4x Araknis AC700 access points around the house. We have Gigabit internet from Spectrum and can get 942/35 all day long via ethernet. When testing via wifi 5Ghz - best I can get on my 2017 MacBook Pro is 350mb. If I remove them and connect a Netgear Orbi access point - I get 550-600 all the time. WTF? - these Araknis are supposed to be great. I have 30 years of IT experience but am new to this make/model. Numerous calls to tech support yield no solutions. Anyone have a similar issue? The sales pitch was that Araknis was so much more stable, etc. - FYI - my entire rack is now Araknis switches/routers, etc. The other issue I had with these Araknis access points which I never experienced with other brands was issues with wireless fans, printers, etc. connecting and staying connected via wifi. Just never had an issue with Netgear or Apple Airports and other typical computer related access points. I'm not liking this new 'gift with purchase' issue fest I'm now seeing with these access points. I've tried many settings but am open to suggestions for sure. Thanks!!

Hi - I need about 6 motion sensors for our remodeled home for the Bedrooms and Bathrooms to trigger lights and fans in bathrooms. Already have a few in the house tied to the Elk alarm. We prewired all locations. Dealer recommended a Lutron that has a built in relay saying that it does better with false positives, etc. and he says because of the internal relay - less overload on the C4 system - LOS-CDT-2000R-WH. They are expensive and the only one that does both 360 and Relay also covers 2000sq feet. Seems so over the top for some of the small bathrooms. We do have a dog so something to consider. What all is really needed for this application? - what is needed at the EA5 side in the A/V Closet? - I have 4 relays open on the EA5. This is the last piece to this automation puzzle and I could sure use some help! LOS-CDT Series-2.pdf

Is there any progress on this? - whenever I choose any playlist - I just want to clear the existing queue first because if I have shuffle on for the playlist - it now just keeps adding the contents of each playlist or favorite to the existing queue which makes a huge mess. Is there really no option to clear the queue from the Control4 app or touchscreen???

Does anyone know how to replace the existing queue when choosing a Sonos Connect favorite? - it seems it doesn't replace the queue but adds the favorite to the top so if you then shuffle - you get all the old tunes that were already in the queue mixed in. Not the desired choice! Thx!

Actually I did get it to work - have to select the entire room - not deezer or Sonos to assign the command to the room. Right?

Can you please elaborate - can't find it anywhere... The deezer driver itself doesn't offer skip/previous that I can see. I do see the room itself has this but can't seem to get it to actually skip to next track. Thx!

Is there a way to assign previous or next track to a keypad? - trying to do this for the Sonos Connect... or even Deezer.
