The lock just takes an electrical pulse to unlock so both the relay output of the ekey system and the EA5 can send an electrical pulse down the same cable to the lock.

I've researched extensively. There are a couple of companies (mostly from Europe) that have an August lookalike lock that will work with some mortise style locks, but nothing I could find for multi-point (which is sort of a hybrid of mortise). I've had multi-point locks in the past and cannot imagine any electric smart lock (consumer grade) that would even have the torque to turn one, those can barely turn a single cylinder deadbolt when it is perfectly lubricated and aligned.
