i am having issues connection to my COntroller, i keep getting an error saying "Could not authenticate the connection to Director, Common causes are incorrect time/date settings on the controller or on the computer running Composer." has anyone ever had this issue and how did you fix it?

been having issues with the installation file, i had this same issue with 3.0 dropped. ended up having to have someone send me one they downloaded just to install it on my computer. if anyone could send me a copy of the installation file i would much appreciate it. i already tried calling tech support about this and they couldn't figure it out. maybe i jut need to get a different laptop or wipe it and start over. ugh fml if this isn't allowed please forgive me, and let me know. ill take it down.

I am having this same issue but for Composer pro 3.2.4, it wont even open. if i open task manager and watch that as i try to open composer the ComposerPro.exe shows up in background process for a second then disappears. I've tried uninstalling it, restarting my computer and downloading and installing like 5 times. i just found out that composer pro Os 2.10 and down all open and work just fine, it's just Os 3 that stopped working. is there anything Control4 tech support has said about this?

OS Composer Pro 3.2.4 won't even open for me. but i versions 2.10 will. does anyone know why Composer won't even open? I've already tried uninstalling it and reinstalling, I tried installing a previous version of 3.0, and nothing. someone please help my computer is running windows 11 home edition Someone please help.

So back on October I quit my job as an Control4 Programmer/integrator, and I guess my boss didn't like that I put my notice in and tried to fore me. Anyways besides the drama that followed. My ex box upon removing my dealer account some how says he accidentally removed my customer account and unregistered my controller, making my 4site license useless. I was wondering if someone in the area could become my home pro and re-register my controller again so I can use my 4site license and update my controller?

So i was working for a Control4 Dealer for almost 3 years and have a pretty well understanding while doing Control4 automation programing. i just recently quit my job from them to stay home with my son for school. i am trying to become my own dealer but i don't think that is possible since i don't have a years worth of revenue working on my own, and i don't have a business plan. unless someone knows of another way, or if Automation Programmers can become their own dealer some other way. I would appreciate a point to the right direction.
