In the last couple weeks my chime doorbell has not worked.
What works: motion works and notifications
I no longer can answer the intercom when the doorbell is pressed. It rings once then auto hangs up. Then sends a notification that we missed call. It auto hangs up after one ring.
I can only access the intercom video feed via wifi on the network. When I use the mobile network and try to use the intercom only the audio works and the video feed doesn’t appear. Says poor connection which is not the case. This is across two different mobile carriers.
It effects two control4 profiles running on a iPhone 11 and IPhone 13.
EA3 Software version is 3.3.3 on EA3

We had DHCP then tried static ip. No change issue persists.
