Also look at Digital Loggers Inc,  PDU7.   I have both it and Wattbox and have had better reliablity with the DLI.

DLI has one too...and each outlet on DLI can be set to emulate Wemo which is pretty cool

I found the easiest way to have "remote" access to the DLI is via C4...   the Wemo options are added benefit that I currently dont use.    I set up a couple of custom buttons in C4 to cycle power on an outlet when outside of my home network.   Works great.   When you are in the network, you can do easily with the DLI web interface.

Guys this is not C4 specific but I trust the level of networking knowledge here.  I need a Remote PDU that can auto-ping and reset my modem when it locks up and looses internet connection.  I would also plug in my router and switch as well to be able to remotely reset them if needed.  Would prefer a rack mount option all things being equal.  What is a good pro-sumer grade option for me?  Is the Synaccess line any good?  Specifically the NP-05B unit.

    Thanks for your input

    Well I ordered the DLI.

M., I probably need to get you to help me out again.  I don't know if I really need to implement this into C4 or not and I have no idea what having the outlets emulate Wemo does for me, so I will probably contact you.  I really probably should have you finish up clearing out a bunch of previously abandoned items in my C4 system as well.

Just thought I would come back and wrap up this thread.  I did purchase the Veritas Homehub and Greenfield Solutions installed it for me.  It has generally been good for the limited things that I have used it for.  It does seem to get out of sync with the C4 app sometimes.  Ie: it will indicate that a light is on when it is not etc.  But it did allow me to start controlling all my C4 lights and fans and HVAC, along with all my HUE lamps all within Homekit and with Siri control.

This is also a poor way to describe it.
Depending on how the 3 way is wired, power can be in one box, load in the other, or both can be in the same box. Power can also come in at the light leaving you without a neutral at either box.
As long as power comes to one of the boxes, you can put the dimmer in either box. You can easily send the load or power to the box you want using the travelers.

Thanks both,  I will watch it now a bit more closely.  It very well could be that I tinker with HE more than the average user.   I actually love the app, just the load times are sometimes a bother for me...
