DriverCentral Cloud driver disconnects

On 2 occasions this year (Jan 2019 and 5 hours ago) I have had the Driver Central Cloud driver  mysteriously disconnect. The problem with this is that I have 85 drivers (obviously including many duplicates) which stop working.  The fix is easy (manually restoring the connection).  Some drivers then also need a reboot.

The real problem is that my security driver is a driver central driver (Domosapiens DSC driver) and therefore when this happens, all sorts of things stop working (most importantly arming and disarming on a schedule and panic buttons).

Has anyone else seen this? And if so do you have a solution?

Yes, happened to me today as well.

Had no idea what was going on until I stumbled on to the fact that one of the drivers said I wasn't licenced. As you say manual check in and back to normal.

At least I know what to look for now but had a few hours of grief from the family I did not need.
