tims Posted December 15, 2019 Share Posted December 15, 2019 Hi guys, Got several NEEO remotes installed and have a few issues that I am trying to figure out. They are: 1 - Where does the remote get its default screen configuration setup... I would assume it can be configured to show what you prefer but I have tried in composer and even in the mobile app... Anyone figured this out. I am sure i am just overlooking something.. 2 - It seems I might have found a bug.. in composer you can tell the room to auto mute but it is off. With the Neeo remote only (not the standard remote) when using any of the icons in the play music/ change room section the NEEO remote will only mute or pause each of the buttons. ie... it wont make the room icons work it will only pause each one of hte icons and mute the audio. If you don't have any room favorites specified, it will use the 'default set' of room favorites, based on what is available in the room's menu. To specify favorites, you press and hold items on the mobile app and/or on Control4 T3 touchscreens. Once you have favorited items, the remote will reload and you will see the specified favorites.
