cannemi
Upgraded in DEC of 2021 to 2.6.2 and using the installer code I can no longer see 3rd Party integrations or the Tokens. It was working fine until the upgrade happened. Any suggestions as to why I cannot see the 3RD party integrations or see the token? Anyone else have this issue that is on 2.6.2. I am just wondering if the latest driver has issues now? Thanks

cannemi
Sorry I should have explained that better the Qolsys is on 2.6.2 and I am on 3.2.4 on the Composer/C4 side msgreenf
dinom
You will find it under the dealer settings (code 2222) and then Installation/Devices/WiFi Devices/3rd Party Connections. Note that 2.6.2 requires 6 digit user codes for C4 integration to be enabled, so if you currently use 4 digit ones you will have to change. cannemi
Ahhhhh so it isn’t under installer settings. Dealer code 2222 isn’t working for me so will have to reach out to the installer. Thanks
dinom
Correct they moved it to the dealer login. Did you try 2222 or 222200?
cannemi
Yeah I just tried both of those and neither of them worked. Is it possible to change dealer code, Installer code works fine.
dinom
I’m pretty sure you need to enter the Dealer code to be able to change the code. The Dealer code has the highest level of access in the system, even higher than the Installer code.
