#1 his price for NEW thermostat is VERY cheap, under cost

#2. He claims his boss wants to sell it all

#3. He wants payment via email -- credit card- I told me to call me from his OFFICE -- but never did

#4- He offers to upgrade the firmware then tells me to have my installer do it.

This whole things smells fishy.
