thegreatheed Posted May 30, 2012 Share Posted May 30, 2012 yes director is runningYou mean director is enabled?To know if director is 'running' you'd have to SSH into the controller.Director could be choking on a corrupt project file, and continually rebooting, never loading to the point where it will broadcast the address.That can be manually removed in a shell session with the controller, or you could usb/factory restore and reload the project.Sometimes an easier fix is to just remove the mm.db file off the controller. When that database is corrupted, director has a hard time loading the project. Browse over the network to your controller, go to the db folder, and delete the 'mm' file. Then reboot the controller.
