arboleda Posted June 25, 2012 Share Posted June 25, 2012 I think I broke Rhapsody in the process of troubleshooting MP3 playbook (which now works).If you have rhapsody and it works for you, can you let me know? Mine doesn't work right now and I assume it's an issue I caused but Rhapsody is a bit infamous for messing up their SSL certs causing Control4 breakage so I thought I'd check if others have it working right now.Further if you have a multi-controller system (and especially if your primary is an HC1000) and you know how to check daemon statuses (IE sysman statuses), do you see rhapServer enabled on just the primary controller and disabled on all other controllers? At one point there was a 4.99 plan that worked with Control4, the default seems to be a 9.99 plan, and there's a 14.99 plan. I just want to get it working again with C4, don't care about the monthly. Then you can listen to real music, instead of compressed format.I know what you like but keep in mind that most people don't give a crap as long as it works... I've converted folks who swore they would never care or be able to tell a difference. People just settling is why the quality of our recordings are getting worse and why all the dynamics are being engineered out in favor of loudness. My dealer suggested I swap it with another location and then swap it back and that seems to have worked so far. But why do I have to keep doing that? I have the newest C4 2.2 version. Although I am not 100% sure it is only this touchscreen, since it gets a majority of the use. The others might act up if I used Rhapsody on them as much. Web Radio puts down multiple genre folders and places them on top of the lower tool bar in 7" screens here. I know it's due to reloading of the app but I hardly use that $29.95 waste so I don't care.
