azalumni
I had my dealer update me to 2.6 and integrate my Sonos Connect over the weekend. So far, everything has been great except for one issue.I can't get the Pandora service to authenticate through the C4 Sonos media services. When I click on Pandora, I get a popup to enter my password.I click on the field to enter the PW and then click "Enter".This brings me back to the screen with my username and PW fields. However, there is nowhere to go from here (no confirm button, etc.).If I click anywhere else, and then back on Pandora, the same popup appears. The service is actually working through C4.I can control everything from the Sonos app on my phone, and see the metadata on the C4 system. However, I have no means to control it through C4.All of the other services (iHeart, Amazon, etc.) are working flawlessly. My dealer wasn't quite sure what the problem was since I was his first 2.6 upgrade. Has anyone else seen this issue, or have any suggestions. Any help is appreciated, as I'd hate to have the dealer come back out if there's a quick fix I can do. Gary Leeds UK
We are having the same issue with Napster Napster in C4 Works OK, Sonos apps plays Napster no problem, go into Sonos on C4 GUI and it ask for password account says NULL. Go into HE, Napster driver as all details, go into Sonos and services Napster shows but with no user name details. Re started everything - Nothing. Very frustrating Plus my pluck dimmer just died upstairs - New one being fitted tomorrow !!

Gary Leeds UK
I`m only joking about the beta - I`m fully aware they will be the odd issue - Just moved over to Spotify and dealer added driver while fitting the pluck dimmer - Worked first time
msgreenf
IMHO it's more important how quickly C4 fixes it vs the problem. Mean time to close defects is impor7Sent from my XT1060 using Tapatalk
