Ivan James
I had an awful incident with a Netgear access point that wrecked my whole network. After disconnecting it and power cycling the modem, router, switch and controller everything is back up now. Only problem is that the controller shows the Denon X4100W and the Directv Genie (plus 3 wifi Directv boxes) as offline. All are online per their own menus. Any ideas? Thanks! SMHarman
The IP addresses of those devices likely changes in the power cycle. If they are not manually set on the boxes they need a dhcp reservation on the router.

Matt Lowe
Dhcp reservation is the way to go, and with the right router is easy to setup the denon also has SDDP so you should id uses that method and DHCP reservation is then not necessary.
