gnehcob
I recently switched to Comcast and had my program changed so I can use the C4 remote for Comcast. I am now having an issue with the C4 mute button and my Sonos playbar. When I press the mute button, it mutes the audio. When I press the mute button to unmute, it does not unmute the playabr. I have to manually go to the playbar to unmmute. Is anyone else having this issue or know how to resolve? I will try and reinstall the playbar driver to see what happens. Thanks. MakeItAMudLight
My PlayBar periodically behaves this way. However pressing the volume up always un-mutes it so it's never been a big issue for me. Have you tried the volume up to see if it un-mutes for you? Matt Lowe
i would check all your room bindings to make sure the playbar is the video and audio end point. and that audio is being fed to the tv and then to the sound bar. these are all dealer only connections, sorry. you could check the sonos app to see if it is stopping or muting the speaker as well. AdamT
I found this to be the case on my setup when I went to 2.8. Had to tear down the programming and start over. Havent had a situation like that since. Not sure if its the same but you might want to try it.
