Cyknight Posted December 22, 2016 Share Posted December 22, 2016 Newer versions (we're talking 2.5.3 and up if not earlier)will NOT work on XP or older Windows version. It will NOT work (without external programs) on anything but as Windows based computer. SOME older Surface units wouldn't work either as they couldn't install the required .NET features. As for hardware - other than the above .NET requirements (which is more software than hardware depended anyway) - don't worry about it. Just make sure it's able to run Windows.
