carvelln
Hi all I just picked up a couple of CA zigbee extender pros and am having trouble resetting them. On one of them, when I tried joining the network with 4 button pushes , i got the flashing yellow light, then nothing. I thought it was supposed to turn blue so i wanted to try again. The manual states 9, 13, and 15 button pushes for exiting, factory resetting, and rebooting respectively. However when I tried those combos, the lights just flashed green after each sequence. Is there a light combo that shows successful exiting or resetting?
N8Ball
Give this a try...I JUST did this on a Card Access Motion Sensor...maybe it'll work for you...no promises To remove the Wireless Motion Sensor from a Zigbee PRO network and restore factory settings: 1. Remove the battery 2. Press & Hold the ID button while putting the battery back in 3. Continue to hold the ID button until LED turns solid amber 4. Release the ID button. The Motion Sensor is now restored to factory configuration.
carvelln
The extender card has an ac adapter so i don't think it has a battery?

Macross Plus
The article you posted does not show how to reset any of the card access devices, only Control4.
Amr
CardAccess is acquired by Control4 and these steps are for CA! Also this topic is 3 years old!
