C4 driver for tivo Premiere remote red, green, yellow, blue buttons don't work

Here it is 2017 and the C4 driver for the TiVo Premiere still doesn't work properly.  I found a post on this dated 2011 or 12?  The only thing I can guess is that either TiVo or Control4 doesn't want it to work!

We use the IP driver for the TiVo roamio/3+ and it works flawlessly. Have it working on a premier, bolt and mini

And also just cause it was posted on the internet 5yrs ago doesn't mean it's true today. Also make sure you are using the latest c4z driver version not c4i version

The codes are probably in there, in settings go to the tivo and there is a dropdown for each color button and select what they should do

Ok. So I have to program the C4 remote to do what the TiVo remote already does for me.  So where do I get the code for the TiVo remote so I can put it into the C4 remote?  (BTW, I have programmed the Blue button for Live TV.)  There was a post about 2011/12 on this website that stated that TiVo had not released its code for the Premiere.  See my dilemma?

The colors are all available. You just have to config it
