Merry Christmas all!  My son just got his Xbox today, I had my Google home announce it and turn on the system this morning and he loves it.

The downside...I'm going to the basement to change games for him.  Does anyone have or know of someone who has a fix for that? I have a NAS for all my other media but I'm not sure how to rip these so the game system can play from them.

Games purchased on Microsoft store and downloaded will play off hard drive but other than that games that are on disc even when saved to the hard drive need to be in the tray for DRM otherwise you can rent them, rip them then send it back and continue to play them

If you have cat6 from the rack to where the room where theXbox is used, you can get and hdmi extender to send the hdmi signal back to the rack and keep the Xbox local in the room.
