Shivam Paw Posted March 20, 2018 Share Posted March 20, 2018 Hi we have a BFT Rigel 5 Gate control box and basically looking for a way to get some feedback on the gate experience button we have in C4. Currently we have the DS2 near the control box and there’s a cable for the open and close relay but the feedback seems to be based of a variable which means if we open or close the gate through something other than C4 it messes up. Is there any way to get around this? I know we could use a contact closure but I had a look at the manual and couldn’t see what needs to be done to just get a simple open or close feedback state. if anyone can chime in or has used this gate control box before please let me know thanks!
