Brian@gibson Posted September 12, 2019 Share Posted September 12, 2019 I've just come accross the same issue I'm using the Old OSD driver as I have an HC800 which doesn't support the new Bridge Driver. Anish Posted September 13, 2019 Author Share Posted September 13, 2019 I’ve got the new driver for 2 weeks now and have had to hard restart the ea5 controller twice already because the Apple remote became unresponsive to commands. I have another customer now who has upgraded the Apple TV to iOS 13 and they are on a hc800. No longer control. And have never had IR control. Truck roll will now be needed.
