Unable to see C4 Devices in "Network"

Tokead

Question

As stated in the title, I used to be able to see my C4 devices in my Network. Now the only time they show up is after I reboot my router, Pakedge RK-1. Is there a simple reason why the dont show up? I have my network set to Private and firewall turned off in windows 10. I can see all my other devices, printer, roku, AVR, TV, NAS, etc. From an IP scan, the C4 devices seem to be on another subnet, below

Thanks

0.255 is the networks broadcast address.

the other addresses towards the bottom are multicast addresses that some equipment will use to speak with each other.

not sure what program you’re using, but Fing or angry ip always show my devices.  That is, if they are all on the same subnet.

I just did this in CMD ip config. I have wav messages on my 800 I want to update. I could usually map to it in my network. Now it, nor other C4 devices, show up.
