Sold my Control4 house - what next?

My control4 house is sold and closes escrow at the end of the month. Curious how others have handled the transfer to a new owner. We have 4sight licenses until April 2021 and the system is registered to me.

Do I just give the new owner a dealer to contact and move on? My new house doesn't use c4 so I won't be taking any stuff with me there.

I will have a couple remotes to sell though.

If you wish to be nice, you can change the user and password on your my.control4 account to the new owner, so they can make use of the paid licenses. That will also keep the system on the current dealers account. And you want to go into devices, and disconnect yours from the account as well.

Otherwise you can login to my.control4, go to my system, and unregister this controller, which will cut you off from the system.

Or a dealer who takes over and creates a new account for the new owner (paid licenses get lost), when they register it, you'll be cut off.

And contact your dealer, to log you out of any music accounts.

Stuff like this is increasingly going to be a pain in the ass. It makes sense to leave a lot of smart devices, but often these can be tied to your personal Amazon, Google accounts, etc.  So that will make the set up for the new owner will be a lot more work.  Same for accounts on Smart TVs.  Is there any easy way to delete all Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Prime Video, etc accounts?

Luckily I plan to die in my current house so I won't have to worry about this!
