I had Control 4 in my house for years and maybe it was the way the company installed it or the yearly fees to update it ........... it just got to the point of taking it all out. I have not listed each item but would like it all gone and i will be very fair. COMPLETE SYSTEM ONE LOT PRICE ( make an offer ) for ALL I tried to attach PDF and it would not allow me .. What issues were you having? 4Sight is an optional extra, and there is no requirement to pay for it unless you're using Intercoms, Voice control or remote access. Tokead Posted February 6, 2021 Share Posted February 6, 2021 Mark, I’m in Surrey. I’ve had my system for 10 years. I’ve never paid any yearly fees other than for 4Sight, and that’s by choice. An OS update is also by choice, and was at most an hours labour. I don’t know what issues you’re having. I had issues initially until I got a dealer who knew what he was doing. There is no requirement for a yearly subscription... System is all changed to sonos and Lutron and everything works GREAT even the window blinds which never work right from day one. I was a Electrical contractor for years and installed C4 on many jobs but for some strange reason it just never programed right in my place.
