antneed Posted August 2, 2021 Share Posted August 2, 2021 Yesterday I noticed I get no video from my DS2 door station when I try to view it from my touchscreen or phone app. However the doorbell and cam work normally when someone rings the bell. When the doorbell is rung I can see it from the touch screen and phone intercom app like normal. Only when I try to view the cam manually there is no video. Any suggestions? Gary Leeds UK Posted August 3, 2021 Share Posted August 3, 2021 On HE go to action tab and press update firmware - the driver should now auto update.
