3rd party switches (Livolo) integrating with Control4?

Recommended Posts

Control4 requires manufacturers add in a Control4 specific cluster on top of their Zigbee stack to make it Control4 compatible.  I've only ever done one driver for a manufacturer who wanted to go out of their way to do this as most manufacturers won't do it or don't have the know how to modify their own product (as they use off the shelf zigbee parts).

If you like that particular style of switch we do have integration to Tuya enabled wifi products.  For example Kogan has a similar style glass lightswitch in 1,2,3 & 4 gangs for a stupidly cheap price.

Tuya is utilised by a large amount of the worlds off the shelf home automation products that you can find pretty much at every major retailer (both onshelf and online).

You can find out more about our Tuya integration via the link below.

Your NDA may well prohibit it, but if you can comment - does the c4 stack add anything of value other than proprietary-ness?
