416to305 Posted March 1, 2022 Share Posted March 1, 2022 Does anyone know if there's any updates to RA3 support? I upgraded my house from RA2 to RA3 2 weeks ago and then found out the hard way that RA3 is not supported. It shows up as a HomeWorks QSX Processor but then just doesn't work. My Dealer said he has no info on it and hasn't heard anything, and another Dealer I sometimes work with told me he didn't even know what RA3 was. I was able to go back to RA2 but now my keypads are all messed up and don't work properly and I can't use the 10 Sunnata dimmers I installed either. Hoping it will be soon!
