C4 App - iOS - Intercom Issue

On my phone anytime I am not on the local network intercom to chime or ds2 does not contain video ever and only sometimes contains audio.   I have tried to uninstall an reinstall the app, restart communication agent, etc.  The problem persists regardless of remote network or its speed.  It also appears to only happen on my iPhone and not my wife's iPhone.

I can create a ticket for you if you like for the devs to take a look at your issue. You can PM me directly. Include your email, what version of director and the iOS app you're using in the message. Also include what iPhone model you're using since you indicated it's a specific issue to your device.
