Any knowledgeable dealers want a quick buck?

Have you tried to delete the device from your customer.control4.com, delete the app from the phone, then re-install the app, log in with your email address, then check the notifications of the app when you install it again?

try deleting all devices from your account in customer.control4.com

then in your account create separate users for each device and have them all sign on with they're respective logins. Delete the app on your device and reinstall. make sure notifications are on in each device you want to be notified. reboot your controller and you should be good to go.

I do have separate logins for each user. I will delete all the devices and start over again.

Was running the beta. Got this sorted. The issue had nothing to do with the beta.
