Intercom Issues

I seem to be having issues with my intercom and just can’t seem to get it stable. 
 

I have a chime which has been working but now doesn’t seem to make an intercom call correctly. When looking on Composer, I can see my two touch panels show as “0: Not Ready” and the chime shows as “1: Idle”. I’m using FreeSwitch and the gateway shows as registered. I can make intercom calls from the Control4 app on my iPhone to another iPhone but not to the touch panels. I am unable to make and intercom calls from the touch panels. 
 

Any help greatly appreciated.

Re-register or restart the gateway, also u can remove the touch panels and reads them, one by one so u can identify which is which

I have tried that and still shows as not ready. It’s odd because the intercom on the Control4 app on the iPhone but the touch panels are greyed out. I have no idea why they show is not ready on the state within the communication agent

Uncheck the secure communication, recheck it and then try to register the gateway again and it should register

The gateway shows as registered but my two touch panels show their state as “0: Not Ready” on the local devices tab
