Neo1738
Have 2 kwikset locks. Status is shown correctly in c4, batteries are changed and fresh, no other zigbee but my c4 around (5 acre lot), keypad works....driver version 31 (most recent I know of). Any ideas? msgreenf
There is a V2 driver for kwikset. Maybe should try that?
Neo1738
Pretty sure that's what I have. Lock_kwikset_zigbee_v2 and version 31 which c4 database says is most recent build. msgreenf
Neo1738
May have to have my dealer remove and re-add to see. Just sucks bc good amt of programming associated. I'll move that to macros so I don't loose it.
Neo1738
Anyone else any ideas?
Jeff W
I would have your dealer log into the project and check to see if the lock has a high number of inbound or outbound failures in the zigbee network. I would check the RSSI of the lock in the zigbee network. I would remove it from the mesh network first (both from the device and Composer) and then re-add before deleting the driver and re-doing all of the custom programming. I recommend not using rechargeable batteries. I recommend using alkaline batteries. Neo1738

Hard part is lock state is accurately updated just won't listen to the C4 commands.
Neo1738
For everyone's knowledge. It was 2 kwikset locks both had same problem. No errors, RSSI was good dealer did #3 remove and readd to mesh and they started working properly again. Just in case anyone has the same problem after updating to OS 3.3. Guessing the zigbee update did something unexpected. Thanks for the information. C4 User
