Neeo remote, 1.5-2 sec delay on button press. over a year now :(

I keep thinking it will get better with an update, but over a year now my Neeo remote controlling the appletv, or my receiverr volume or my nvidia has about a 1-2 second delay on every press. As you can imagine it's frustrating as hell to navigate things.

 

The only thing that helps is rebotting the control4 unit, but that lasts maybe a day or so and it slows down again. I have a unifi network, and older threads said that might be it, but the network is fast and no lag on anything else on the network.

Turn off wifi sleep on the neeo. What neeo software version are you on and what c4 os?

It may also be a badly acting driver, that is eating director resources.

where is that setting? why would it create lag?

It could be related to to another driver that is exhausting your controller resources and thus the sluggish performance of the Neeo.

Can u list your project drivers? Do u by any chance have the ping driver installed? Old drivers not updated?
