I have a relatively new system, and my current dealer says that composer he is no longer available. It looks like it is still available, maybe he just doesn't want to sell it. Thanks guys! They are also only provided a fixed number of licenses and would be required to provide access to all of their customers (which would be a major privacy/security issue) Home users should be using HE (which is actually mostly the same thing anyway, except with a few restrictions.
