Topfox Posted December 25, 2022 Share Posted December 25, 2022 Hey everyone, I have the Tankutility driver to display the percentage of propane I have left in my tanks. Recently the driver stopped displaying the percentage in navigator for both of my tanks and instead is showing a red ring with ???% in the display. From the driver properties it looks like it is reading my tanks and connecting to them properly. I noticed there was a recent driver update around 12/16. Check if Display Diagnostics throws a diagnostic warning (often if its a bug, or even a compatibility issue a lot of the time with the OS, a diagnostics error might get thrown).. Submit diagnostics and file a support ticket https://chowmain.software/for-integrators/technical-support (I'm not sure who at Chowmain will be working what days for the next few days though) Also, just wondering what OS version is this system running. Topfox Posted December 25, 2022 Author Share Posted December 25, 2022 Ok. It’s no rush. When I click display diagnostics it says no errors found. I’m running the latest versions of everything for director, and my devices are all iOS devices (iPad and iPhone), also running the latest versions. Upon further look it seems the C4 driver hasn't checked into Tankutility/pulled a reading since late in the evening Dec 14th. Allow login in directly to Tankutility shows the Tankutility device itself has been checking in successfully daily. Display Diagnostics says there is no errors found. Selecting the submit diagnostics options errors out. So guess we will see what they say. On a different note, Merry Xmas everyone.
