htjunkie
With the recent iPad and C4 updates, I found my iPad which has the outdoor camera live feed is delayed over time. If I leave the app running on the iPad, over few hours I can see the OSD camera time on the C4 app showing about 15 mins behind. I get no drop out just the time is behind! The same feed on T3 and T4 screens seem to be okay, it works even with an Amazon Fire Tablet, just not behaving with the iPad. Anyone experience similar issues? Much appreciate your help. South Africa C4 user
I am seeing the same thing. @ChrisHenderson ChrisHenderson
htjunkie
Similar situation only delay with iPad? I think it starts with the newest C4 app update as now I can see a PTZ symbol and history icon on the live feed app.

ChrisHenderson
Sorry for not getting back sooner--we moved offices this week, so I didn't have as much time to catch up on emails.
htjunkie
No problem, this seems to affect on iPad more so than with Android based tablets. At least at my parents house the iPad has a delay of 10-15 mins, a 2nd Fire HD tablet they have would be almost in real time.
ChrisHenderson
I was able to reproduce this on an iPad (10th gen). It got a minute off after an hour or two. I had VLC open and streaming the same camera on my iPhone and it didn't drift at all. Definitely a bug in our app. Fortunately, the fix is simple. Unfortunately, it's too late to get the fix in for 323.7, which will be released on the App Store in two weeks following a two-week beta testing period. But, it should be in 323.9, which will come two weeks after 323.7--assuming no issues come up during beta testing. The issue seems to be iOS specific and does not affect the Android app. South Africa C4 user

ChrisHenderson
The fix for this ended up in 323.13, which isn't out just yet. It should be in a week. South Africa C4 user and Amr
