Intercom - Touch Panel Issue

Wondering if anyone can offer some guidance with an issue I seem to be having. I have a wall mounted T3 TP (POE) and a desktop T4 TP (wireless) as well as 3 mobile phones and a chime. Everything seems to be working except for the wall mounted TP where the intercom just doesn’t seem to work. I have tried rebooting the device but I’m the communication agent it shows the state as “0: Not Ready”. The other TP and Chime so the state as “1: Idle” and work no problem. 
 

Everything else on the T3 seems to work just not the intercom. Any ideas on what the issue might be?
