I would say it appears to be OFFLINE - no recent check in means at least 24 hours have passed without the controller having checked in.

A simple controller reboot may cause it to check in - or possibly, somehow, the controller was unregistered (from the controller side, not removed from account)

Same thing happens w ours. 4sight works fine on the phones for remotely connecting. 
 

But- can not use when/then and can not login with the control4 Alexa skill. Errors on both. Has happened for years and gave up. 
 

Controller checkin is frequent. Cloud backups work fine to c4. Just those two things above don’t work. Fwiw we are on the latest c4 release.
