However, everything else works on the controller appears to be online. Not sure what else to check. I have rebooted everything multiple times. See attached 2 pictures. Cyknight Posted March 28, 2023 Share Posted March 28, 2023 I would say it appears to be OFFLINE - no recent check in means at least 24 hours have passed without the controller having checked in. A simple controller reboot may cause it to check in - or possibly, somehow, the controller was unregistered (from the controller side, not removed from account) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

cjh Posted March 29, 2023 Share Posted March 29, 2023 Same thing happens w ours. 4sight works fine on the phones for remotely connecting. But- can not use when/then and can not login with the control4 Alexa skill. Errors on both. Has happened for years and gave up. Controller checkin is frequent. Cloud backups work fine to c4. jeffatwork Posted March 29, 2023 Author Share Posted March 29, 2023 SOLVED. It was my EA-1. I had rebooted it multiple times, but this time, I left it off for a few minutes. Never thought it would be that simple. In the past I just unplugged it and plugged it back in immediately... guess that doesn't fully reset it.
