Dinushan Paranavithana
The Samsung QN85QN85CAFXZA is getting discovered through SDDP. However, even though I pair the TV, I'm unable to control it. Also, under properties, "Connected to Network" field always displays as false. What could be the reason ? In the same project I tested a Samsung QN75LS03BAFXZA. It worked without any issue... msgreenf
Yes. That is the issue. Did you follow the instructions to make sure all the settings were correct?

Did you follow the instructions to make sure all the settings were correct? @msgreenf Yesterday : evening, I tried to solve this several times by deleting and re-adding the driver. I noticed that it's fetching the MAC addresses of other devices connected to the network from time to time, in the driver properties. Then I corrected its MAC address manually. Then I was able to control the TV. However, today in the morning, the control was gone. I tried deleting and adding the driver several times, and was unable to pair the TV. (Even though the 'Pair' command was sent from the Composer, the pairing pop up didn't appear on the TV screen). Then I reset the TV, and did everything from the beginning. Finally, I was able to pair it and control. What could be the problem ? Any idea? Hi @Crustyloafer Can you please help ? thank you

Crustyloafer
If you pair a Samsung TV to a driver and then replace the driver you need to go into the TV's settings, I can't remember where, and delete all previously paired devices, before it will let you re-pair it again. Completely resetting the TV also removes all previously paired devices from the TV's memory which is why it works after you had done that. You can unpair on the Samsung TV by going to NETWORK, ADVANCED and DISABLE IP CONTROL. Then ENABLE IP CONTROL. Then pair again.
