As far as the type of share, it's a media PC that I built just for this purpose so it has plenty of horsepower to stream a couple movies.Right...but is it setup as SMB, NFS, etc.... getafix Posted April 10, 2012 Share Posted April 10, 2012 Hi everyoneI really don't want yo hijack the thread, but I am glad that it has resurfaced. The hassle that I am having with the NTV550 is that it is often non responsive when I want to watch a movie. I have to do a cold reboot 80% of the time. I am convinced that it is a hdmi handshake issue, but don't know how to troubleshoot/reslove it.I see that there are numurous people having a similar issue. Other than that, it works like a charm.
