I don’t use 192.168 for my network so I can’t scan for it. i scanned the entire user guide as well and can’t find any mention of it either. Must be super top secret! LOL. I tried the 10second after power on as well but can’t hurt to try it again.

Thank you for your reply. The unit I have is an NK-1 Network Management Device, not a router. I don’t believe the reset procedure is the same because I tried the 10 second hold and didn’t make any difference. Still can’t access it.

Purchased a used Pakedge NK-1 unit but the seller must have changed the factory IP address and I can’t access it. Can someone please tell me the factory reset procedure for it using the reset button? Your help would be appreciated. Thanks

Yes it is an older dimmer. The load is a single conventional 60 watt light bulb outside my garage side man door.

I've had a couple of dimmers with a similar problem. The LED lights function upper and lower when respective buttons are pushed but the red load wire has live power all the time. I had one just yesterday that needed replaced for this problem I didn't even know there was an issue until my Neighbour came over and told me my side garage light was constantly on.

I have a mix of protects that are hardwire and battery. Testing has been done on both. Same results. No configuration changes have been made.

Mine don't send in real time. I've tried twice with fire alarm and several with colour change and the notifications always arrive several hours later. And I have quite a few protects, it's not a single unit.

My system is set up to email me on colour change as well as smoke alarm (separate notifications). The notifications do not come in real time. They come when the protect checks in once a day. I simulated a fire twice by blowing out a candle under it and the alarm sounds and the nest app notifies me but control4 won't notify me until it checks in which usually takes place in the middle of the night.

The nest protect doesn't communicate in real time so kind of a pointless driver in my opinion. If it would communicate in real time and you could program off the motion sensor then it would be worth it.

I want to go back to 2.2.4 which is what my controller came with out of the box. I will use the restore button and then relad the project. Thank you.

What is the correct procedure for this? To downgrade an HC-800. Is it as follows? Create USB INSTALL stick with same version that the HC-800 came from out of the box. Backup project Power off HC-800 Insert USB INSTALL stick Power on HC-800 Wait for all 3 lights (Power, Data, Link) to come on the front panel? Remove USB stick Press ID button and wait for controller to reboot?? Reload backed up project or create a new one?
