Helix = Xfinity boxes.
As such the comcast xfinity x1 and Shaw BlueSky/BlueCurve IR drivers will work (no i dont care what videotron tells you - there's IR on those boxes) - and so should the IP drivers for them (also the same as Rogers Ignite for that matter, but no personal experience with them)

Yes. You will have to recreate all programming if you move to v2.
