Perfect, the Kodi driver is awesome and the ability to re enable my leanback launcher and use other feature on my shield makes it even better.

SO Kodi full users do not need this driver

what about Kodi Lite? I picked that as I preferred the movie grid view?

I know you talked of a Full and Light version.

I was wondering if its possible to Poll the sky box for a response, We have lots of problems with these boxes locking up and triggering a service call. It would be awesome if it was possible to ping the box and if no response is received to trigger you're Wemo driver to reboot the box. I have no idea if this is even possible but would be attractive to dealers to avoid in warranty service calls to pull the plug on a sat box.

I am using this driver on a O.S 2.0 Tv so it has the start up delay, However even with this limitation I have nothing but positive things to say about this driver. I am a control4 certified Tech and a end user and I can honestly say from both sides of the table this driver is so useful. 

I love the Instant app launching and the ability to recover one of my serial ports I was previously using.

However my Favourite Feature of this driver, is the Toast notifications. Discrete little pop ups letting you know what is going on around your home from the comfort of the couch. I Have been messing about with door bell integration for the rooms that are out of range of the door chime.

I will be contacting Matt to upgrade to a Full licence in the next few days.

It rely is surprising how much extra features this driver can offer over the very dull on/off commands of the stock IR/Serial drivers.

Well I sorted it.

Turns out my IT-230 had previous programming on it from the ebay user I got it from. Reverted the card to default and job is a good one.

Also I can Confirm Startech.com supplied Rs422-->Rs232 adapter is good to go with this driver.

In need of assistance.

Have fitted my IT-230 to my v4.6 panel.

In the control4 driver I get the software version and protocol version feedback to the Hc800.

The problem is that panel gets stuck on " establishing coms This may take a few mins" in the connection status.

My IT-230 also has no flashing leds.

any tips would be great, been messing about all day with little success

my panel is V4.5 so should work with either.

Did we work out how limited the choice of converters is? its not so much of a issue getting hold of the converters just the cost over here ( recommended item is £70)

A Late bump to this thread.

Looking for some advice integrating the DSC system.

My security system is currently installed with no control4 integration and no coms cards.

anybody able to shed some light on the best way to go about things now? form what i can see i have 3 options

IT-100 card with the paid houslogix driver

houslogix HSIM with included driver.

IT-230 with Free official control4 driver

The IT-230 driver seems to be the lowest cost option but how stable and flexible is it with the 422-232 adapters? being in the UK some of things things are a pain to get hold of.

Any tips would be awesome.

Were you can assign a button, It would be awesome if you could give the "update library" button. I used a iPad app that had this so i assume it could be integrated?
