  1. I have an NVR 500, but in Composer HE H264 is greyed-out. I'm probably missing a driver for streaming.
  2. Did you change the POE password from the NVR camera management screen?
  3. Doing fine with IE 11.523.17134.0IS
  4. Aside from the business practices discussion, I dug out the 260's I don't use and added batteries so they could update. Thank you for the notice.
  5. I've found the LUMA Web Components plug-in works on Firefox 51.0.1 (32-bit). Newer 32 or 64-bit versions haven't recognized the plug-in on my Windows machine. I run both the older 32-bit and newer 64-bit versions with separate user profiles. I access the LUMA front-end with the older version.
  6. Thank you lippavisual for your patience. This was working before with the default Pakedge configuration. I didn't create a new port previously. The tool used to create the configuration file to authorize the OpenVPN client doesn't provide an option for port number. 1194 appears to be the default.
  7. OpenVPN provides secured access directly to the network equipment. Other externally-available avenues of access reach services like the NVR. DDNS is something different.
  8. Yes. Static IP address from ISP.
  9. I've recently lost the ability to access my network through the RE-2's OpenVPN server and iPhone OpenVPN client. Several things have changed since I last was able to connect. The router's firmware, OpenVPN iOS client, and iOS version have all changed recently. All are at the latest versions. My connections were infrequent enough that it's not clear what may have caused the problem. I've spoken with my dealer, but Pakedge is still new to them. I've reloaded the iOS Client, loaded a new router-generated auto-login profile, and tried a different iOS device. No luck. Anyone else have this issue? I didn't need a port forward for 1194 before, do I need one now?
  10. Thank you. However, I'm interconnecting two managed pakedge switches. Currently 24P port 24 is patched to 8P port 1. Both ports are set to hybrid for all VLANS. Seems to work, but just wanted to confirm.
  11. On the Pakedge managed switch (SX-24) running multiple VLANs, is the trunk port designation necessary if I'm connecting a second managed switch (SX-8P), or is connecting to a hybrid port sufficient?
