I appreciate your comments, however I am disturbed by your comment “this is not going to be the last touchscreen remote control hardware that SnapAV/Control4 produces”. For $600 dollars it BETTER be for a while and I hope these new updates or what is to come in the future enhances this $600 dollar remote and it is not shelved in less than a year

Control4 needs to address al of these concerns, battery life, programming, etc!!! We invest a bunch of money into this remote!!!

Control4 NEEDS to put out a video on what and how you can customize the Remote!!! For the price point they owe us that!!!

Can you add for DirecTV a "Guide", a "DVR", on the Home Screen? I have Composer HE but have no CLUE how to use it yet...LOL.

The other issue is the lack of a shortcut for "Guide" and "Previous Channel"...unless I am missing something.

I have asked my dealer to add this option(so I can add to NEEO Remote), however he tried remotely and when I checked nothing was there. Is there anything I can do on a user end? or must I continue to work with my dealer to add this option?

What version of Control4 do you need to connect to the NEEO Remote? I have 3.0.0.1616.3001616? IF this is not the latest software can I update myself or must it be by my dealer?

Nothing is going to change....just expressing frustration on a $600 dollar remote.

Would love to have this remote...however, the price tag of $600 is out of my budget for a remote. Control4 is looking to go more and more upmarket and the average user will need to understand that. if I invest money in the equipment and the add on items(Neeo Remote) costs as much as the original Control4 equipment I may need to reevaluate if I should keep the system. Once again...great product just not affordable for us average user!!! I can do $400 but $600 crosses that line for my budget..SUCKS!!!!
